Well Deviantart sure does need a better way for a user to purge outdated old stuff.  Quite frankly some of my work here would have been embarrassing if not for the fact I know WHY I took it.  In cleaning up it is sad to see some of the old 365 shots go away, but many of those were taken under great duress to not let myself down.  

Curiously how many of you have actually successfully done a 365 project?  I'm still proud of myself for sticking it through.

I'm down to just over 300 deviations and you can be sure at least a handful more will be permanently vacated from DA.  My gallery shows far better my skill (or lack there of) than it did previously.  I can also say I get more traffic from DA than anywhere (as can be seen web-wide by the thievery from here)  Based on that I don't think it is a good time to vacate here too much and in fact it may be time to start using it more...

One of the things that slowed my usage of this site was a horrible time out issue that persisted for a very long time.  I could not come and load a page of images, a few would load and then the whole site would time out and i'd have to start over.  That issue seems to be resolved.  I will take the next month or so and see if DA has a daily fit for me at this point and my current photographic en devours.
